What is the return policy?
Thank you for choosing our natural, handcrafted skincare! For hygiene and safety reasons, we have a no-returns policy: all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Where are your essential oils from?
We EXCLUSIVELY use Plant Therapy essential oils. You must be very careful when using essential oils. Many companies do not disclose where they source their oils from. Synthetically made essential oils can carry a blend of carcinogens, endocrine disruptors, toxicants, and neurotoxic chemicals which can be linked to cancer, Autism, or ADHD.Plant Therapy uses independent third-party GC/MS (gas chromatography/ mass spectrometry) testing to verify botanical species and ensure purity.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Our products are manufactured in Cincinnati, Ohio. Every single item is hand made in small batches.

Tell me about the ingredients in your products
Each ingredient comes with its own set of strict requirements to be allowed into our production process. For example, we source Organic Hexane-Free Castor oil for some of our products. Hexane is sometimes byproduct in due to how castor oil is processed. Hexane is a VOC and neurotoxin and would not be on the label if you just purchased castor oil because its not an ingedient, it’s a byproduct. Therefore, when we sourced castor oil we had to find companies that did not use hexane as a solvent in processing. This is the type of thing we do for every single ingredient in our products. We did not cut a single corner, anywhere. That’s our promise.
Tell me more about: your Tallow
Our Tallow comes in the form of Suet which we render to Tallow.
Suet is the premium hard fat surrounding the kidneys and loins, far cleaner and purer than softer leaf fat or muscle trimmings. We render our Organic Grass-Fed Grass-Finished Suet because it contains fewer impurities and a milder scent, plus a superior fatty acid profile that enhances skin absorption and barrier repair.
It is unbleached, unrefined, unprocessed, and not deodorized. This is important because the process of refining creates toxic byproducts (such as Polyaromatic hydrocarbons) which can cause cancer. This type of processing can strip the nutrients, enzymes, minerals, and vitamins naturally occurring in tallow and leave you with a stripped product lacking in these nutritional benefits. Many of the times, to cut costs, they use Tallow from soy and grain fed cows. We are different. Our cows are humanely raised on green pasture!

Our Tallow also has a slight yellow tint due to the naturally occurring beta-carotene naturally occurring in beef raised on organic pastures. We do not bleach our tallow to produce a white product.
Tell me more about: your Manuka Honey
We chose the medicinal grade 850+ MGO (or higher) due to its superior ability for tissue and wound healing. This brand is 3rd party tested for MGO value. MGO means methylglyoxal compounds- an potent bioactive compound that helps with wound treatment and tissue regeneration! We use the 850+ Manukora Manuka honey which is higher than the traditional Manuka Honey’s you may find at the grocery store- which hover around 83+ MGO. The higher the MGO, the more methylglyoxal, the more expensive and rarer the honey is. No expense was spared in the making of this product in order to cut costs. We use premium ingredients to make a premium product and we hope you enjoy!

Tell me more about: your Olive Oil
In all of our products that contain Olive Oil, we exclusively use Bionaturae Organic Olive Oil. It is made with five renowned varieties of Italian olives, grown on very small farms in Northern Italy. Within twenty-four hours of hand-harvesting, the olives are pressed at a family-owned frantoio, where expertise and passion have transcended three generations.
